• BEST Italian cuisine

  After having read the many great reviews of this Cumming restaurant, my
  fiance and I finally had the opportunity to try them out. I must say it
  was some of the BEST Italian cuisine I have had in a long time! 

  Everything about Bello was TOP NOTCH from the professional and friendly
  staff to the kitchens impeccable presentation! Although some reviewers
  have demurred to the ambiance, we found the surroundings very pleasant
  and non-rushed; a suit-and-tie affair it is not and to be honest, we
  simply prefer the relaxed and non-over tweaked feel while enjoying a
  dining experience.

  As to the cuisine, we started with the Arancine, a
  very friendly suggestion from our very courteous and helpful waitress,
  these perfectly delectable balls of risotto, cheeses, and spices
  accompanied by an extremely fresh and robust basil pesto-tomato sauce
  proved to be a great start to the accompanying entrees. My companion's
  entree choice of Chicken Piccata was a shear delight in its subtle
  nuances of flavors; every contribution on the plate done to perfection
  with nothing overpowering the other. My serving suggested choice of the
  Sausage and Peppers proved to be just as rewarding with its spicy demure
  yet very well balanced finish. We each ended with the house prepared
  Tiramisu; individual cup presentation of extremely well balanced flavors
  to the very bottom; a hard culinary feat to perfect! Although neither
  of us partook in the wines offered, Bello's wine list is extensive and
  coffee was offered in the end.

  Overall, my fiancee and I will
  definitely return to Bello; our dining total for two with tip was below
  $60.00; a great price for an exceptional dining experience!

• Exceptional service, polite guidance, nothing overdone

  The desire for good sausage and peppers landed on me like a ton of
  bricks tonight. I thought of Bello and beelined to Cumming. Unassuming
  outside, comfortably elegant inside. Exceptional service, polite
  guidance, nothing overdone, always in the background and present at just
  the right times.

  To the point: my sausage and peppers was just the
  right blend of rustica and sublime, pointed with a spicy sauce, and
  judiciously nuanced with basil, garlic, and parsley, served on linguine.
  My wife's Chicken Marsala was the best I've sampled outside of San Fran
  and Noo Joisey, no lie. We shared a house salad resplendent with goat
  cheese, blonde raisins, field greens, almond slivers, and a very light
  vinaigrette. The quantities were appropriate and plentiful. We split a
  tiramisu, which was the perfect finishing touch. I hope that the public
  supports this restaurant. They've done a great thing out here and
  deserve all the breaks they can get. BTW, the price for a salad, two
  large entrees, two beverages, and a dessert came to $42.22.

• Great little restaurant in the heart of Cumming.

  Great little restaurant in the heart of Cumming.  It's very hard to miss this place because it is tucked away in the back of a small shopping center. There is nothing really fancy about this place but the quality of the food here is just as good as any high end Italian restaurant without the steep price tag.

   I ordered the linguine with white clam sauce and their goat cheese and beets salad. I LOVED both my dishes. The linguine and clam sauce was probably the best I've had in Atlanta. The dish came with tons of little neck clams and the sauce was light but exploding with flavor! I loved their goat cheese salad too and fresh pickled beets. I hope this place stays around for awhile. Cumming needs a restaurant like this.

  Bello is a wonderful place to eat! Everything is fresh and you can taste all the ingredients.

  They have brought back there yummy rolls and pizzas and are now open for lunch 4 days a week. They have early bird specials and quite a few other little eye catchers. This is one place I can actually bring my kids to with no complaining every week if we are lucky enough to eat out each week. We look forward to trying new menu items and of course our favorite pizzas!!!

• Little Italian eatery

  I tried this little Italian eatery for dinner tonight with my parents.  The decor inside is absolutely gorgeous.  The wood paneling, low lighting, bar, and private booths make for the perfect dining atmosphere.  

  As always, I checked to see if they had prosecco straight away they did but only by the bottle.  Despite that minor disappointment I ordered a caesar salad & a small pepperoni pizza.  While I awaited my food, I sampled the rolls which were similar to those found at Ippilito's.  Surprisingly, the bread was not as heavy.  I received my salad which might I add was absolutely delicious and could not wait to taste my main dish.  The pizza was equally as good although they use real tomatoes in the sauce which I did not fancy as I am not a huge fan of tomatoes.  I had a really good dining experience the service was friendly and  I would definitely go back to this restaurant again and the best part of it all is that they offer take out!
