About Us

Pink Chopstix is founded and created by Chef Michael Tseng.  Chef Tseng has over 25 years of culinary experience.  Chef Tseng started his culinary career as an au jus chef for luxury hotels in Taipei, Taiwan.  He then became an executive chef and specialized in French cuisine. 

Chef Tseng uses his background in French cuisine to create innovative and contemporary dishes not found in other Chinese restaurants.  Chef Tseng also insists on using only the freshest ingredients and believes that Chinese food should not only be delicious and healthy, but should always be an experience with every bite.
