After many years as a chef, Andy McGovern has brought his talents to Stockton. His most recent experience was as the Executive Chef at the Star Restaurant & Ultra Lounge and the Crust restaurants in Dubuque, IA.
Stella's offers a full breakfast and lunch menu every day, featuring a variety of tasty entrees. There are daily specials along with great desserts.
