Machaca Con Huevos Scrambled: Shredded beef, bell peppers, onion, eggs, tomato, salsa, choice of side: either rice and beans or potatoes or fruit.
Little Italy Scramble: Eggs, garlic, spinach, basil, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella.
Breakfast Croissant:Ham or Bacon, swiss Cheese, tomato, avocado and scrambled eggs.

The Athlete's Menu: High Protein, Low Carb meals without butter, oil or added salt.
Unless noted as "breakfast" you choose 2 sides: Black Beans topped with salsa, a banana, a whole orange, cup of fruit, half melon, cottage cheese, cup of oatmeal, hard-boiled egg, side of spinach salad, turkey sausage patty, or sliced tomatos.
Gold's Breakfast: 4oz. Chicken Breast, 6 egg whites, cup of fruit, bowl of oatmeal or two 7 grain pancakes.
The P90 Breakfast: 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, Cheese Scramble (3 egg whites and mozzarella cheese), half cantalope and a glass of milk.
The Protein Power 70g Breakfast: 6 Egg whites, chicken breast, basil, crumbled fetain a scramble. 2 Slices turkey bacon and glass of fresh squeezed orange juice on the side.
Athlete's Mushroom Omelette: 6 egg whites, fresh mushrooms, onion, tomatoes and mozzarella.
Popeye's Spinach Scramble: 6 egg whites, fresh spinach, tomato, basil and crumbled feta.
Low Carb Scramble: 4 Egg whites, sun dried tomatos, turkey bacon, spinach, feta and Mozzarella cheese. (add avocado for extra charge)
Healthful Italian Omelette: 4 egg whites, ground turkey or beef, grilled onion, spinach, bell pepper, tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese.

Egg White Sandwich: 4 Egg whites, sliced tomato, lettuce and crisp red onion with low-fat mayo and spicy mustard on a high fiber, whole grain bread.
7 Grain pancakes: filled and topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries, served with sugar free syrup on the side and two turkey patties. No sides.
