Setting up free Gmail email with your LetsEat.at domain name

1. Go to https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/domain/new?hl=en and enter the domain name you purchased from domains.letseat.at.

2. Fill out the form and read, then if satisfied accept the Terms and Conditions.

3. Click Go Express when presented the options of Express and Custom.

4. You will need to verify your domain. Click the Alternate methods tab, then select the option labeled Add a DNS record to your domain's configuration.

In the drop down list of registrars, select Other. Highlight the TXT record and copy it in your browser (control-c on a PC or command-c on a Mac).

5. Now open a new tab in your brower (control-t on a PC or command-t on a Mac). Go to domains.letseat.at and log in by going to the Manage tab.

Click the DNS link that is to the right of your domain.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the form and find the area labeled TXT Records. Paste in the TXT record from step #4 (control-v on a PC or command-v on a Mac).

7. Scroll up a little bit to where it says MX Records. Remove any MX record that is already there.

8. Create the following MX Records (as in the picture):

ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM 1
ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM 5
ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM 5
ASPMX2.GOOGLEMAIL.COM 10
ASPMX3.GOOGLEMAIL.COM 10

Scroll down to the bottom of the form and click the Save button.

9. Now go back to the Google apps tab from before and click the Verify button at the bottom of the page.

10. You should see the following screen if all went well:

11. Now go to the link in the main navigation that says Organizations & users

12. Click the button that says "Create a new user" to create an email address/user. With Google Apps' free version, you can create up to 10 email addresses. If you need more, you will need to upgrade to their Business version.
