About Us

Since 1977, we have been serving fresh, delicious Mexican food at a great value for the entire family. We are famous for our Nachos, more than 20 flavors of margaritas, homemade chips, sauces and more! Nacho’s-Where It’s Always Cinco De Mayo! 
Our proud owner of Nacho’s on West 11th and City View in Eugene, Oregon is Cary Drinkwater. He is very proud of the authentic Mexican Food that Nacho’s has been serving for  more than 30 years. He personally meets  and greets  customers, and even serves them!  

Hey, and meet Chef Alvaro, Nacho's famous Kitchen Manager for more than 10 years.  Alvaro grew up in Oaxaca, Mexico so he Knows how to prepare authentic, fresh and delicious Mexican food. With the help of several other long-time, dedicated staff members, Alvaro performs magic with the food daily, especially for you, our valued guests!
We can't wait to offer you one of Alvaro's fresh and flavorful dishes. Many are his very own creation. Go ahead try our famous Nachos or devour one his homemade chili rellenos! We know your taste buds will thank you.  Ask your server for the details.
