Sushi Mom closed its doors for the last time on March 29, 2010. Having a restaurant has been an adventure for me as a first time restauranteur, and I appreciate the visits to this site both from my loyal customers and from websurfers overseas.
Although business grew promisingly ever since I opened the restaurant, there were various problems including lack of a delivery-person, difficulty in making ends meet, and complications with the lease. In the near future I hope to attend a school to learn about baking, and after that I might go to Japan to learn more about sushi. Sushi-cravers of the world, I advise you to try making your own! It's fun and delicious!
