-Maple ham with spiced marscapone and pear butter served on a honey molasses roll.

-Pulled pork BBQ sandwich

-Beef on Weck- Thick sliced, slow cooked roast beef served with horseradish on a kimmelweck roll.

*All sandwiches are served with a side of celery remoulade
