Your privacy is critically important to us. Here at LetsEat.at LLC ("Let's Eat") we have a few fundamental principles:
Below is our privacy policy which incorporates these goals:
It is Let's Eat's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Like most website operators, Let's Eat collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Let's Eat's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Let's Eat's visitors use its website and how they arrived there.
Let's Eat also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Let's Eat does not use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.
Certain visitors to Let's Eat's websites choose to interact with Let's Eat in ways that require Let's Eat to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Let's Eat gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account at Let's Eat to provide an account username/web address and email address. Those who engage in transactions with Let's Eat are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Let's Eat collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with Let's Eat. Let's Eat does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
Let's Eat discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Let's Eat's behalf, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Let's Eat's websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
Let's Eat will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees and affiliated organizations, as described above, Let's Eat discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when Let's Eat believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Let's Eat, third parties or the public at large.
Data transmitted through your browser over the Internet can never be guaranteed to be 100% safe and secure. As a result of this, we cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any data you send to Let's Eat and you do so at your own risk. Upon receiving your transmission of data, we make our best efforts to maintain the security of your information on our systems. If you are a registered user of an Let's Eat website and have supplied your email address, Let's Eat may occasionally send you an email to keep you up to date with what's going on with Let's Eat and our products. Let's Eat takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
